This idea spawned in ITGS. We were having a discussion which involved drugs, when Andrea said "Whatever continent you go to, there are gonna be people smokin' weed!" and then I wrote a little note to her saying "Except for mebbe Antarctica", but Andz insisted they must have it there to. Hence, Pothead Penguin was born.
