Sue and Louie Cast picture
Sue and Louie Cast picture by @martgray (Martin Gray)

Sue and Louie again; This time with all their freinds, family... and enemies.

Sue and Louie is a love story that I wrote a long time ago, about a ladybug who, after catching her boyfreind cheating on her, goes into her favorite singles bar, and after a few drinks, finds out that her tab was paid by a timid little spider on the corner of the bar. After talking with him, they fall in love with eachother... but there are a lot of hardships thrown in the way to a happy romance- mostly in the form of an evil housefly, and a jealous exgirlfreind. Sue and Louie, over the course of their adventures, experiance every aspect of a relationship- dating, spats, meeting the others parents, kids, and a house in a suburbian windowbox.

The difference between S+L and most couples? Well, Sue is aggressive, talkative, uneducated, musclebound, sour, and thinks that any problem in the world can be solved simply by punching something... or someone, and Louie is a mute cowardly genius, who communicates in panomime, and Wile E. Coyote signs, also, Sue never harms Louie- not even by accedent, not even if he deserves it(Although he rarely does anyway.). Characters in the picture are David the goliath beattle (The big one) Ray the fly(The dark blue one) Dirk the Dragonfly(The one wearing the hat) Carla the spider (the one hanging from the web) Sue and Louie themselves (The two in the center.) Lubbo the leach (The one on Sue's antenna) and Bumper and Belle, S+L's kids (The two in the corner) Artwork © Copyright 2002 Martin Gray
