Klaire Maielle: Miang Reincarnate by @alexdoug (Alexandra Douglass)

This is my Xenogears villain character for RP (it takes place after the game and such, so naturally we have to have new bad guys). She's the new vessel of Miang, but nanocolony interference allows her to suppress Miang's influence. So, sometimes she's the heartless, purple-eyed b*tch, but mostly she's just a mischevious little girl that likes to cause trouble and kick people in the shins with her steel-toe Mary Janes.
