I created this character when I was bored in....um...one of my classes. Her hair is gel-like and see-through blue. The tips of her hair are clear. I tried to draw a frontal view, but it didn't go so well. When I draw a good one I'll put it on here. BTW...it was drawn on the edge of a piece of paper. That's why it looks the way it does.
