Another one of my quirky Darkwing Duck RPG characters. This one is Victoria Volatili, the devoted wife of Agent Steelbeak and loving mother of their daughter, Tatiana. Don't let this fool you, however, she is a chronic pyromaniac, Negaduck hater and a definate villainess.
