This...took...FOREVER!! I had billions of layers! Well, I'm dissapointed. I was trying the rain effect tutorial that Raf has on his site, and it almost worked, but the rain wouldn't fit perfectly, and it was very frustrating resizing the rain and image again and again to see if it would work.
