Tears in the wind by @neotoddzero (Todd O'Donnell)

This is a pic of another character from my Lylat Wars (StarFox) fanfic, Kitt Ayanami. Here she stands trying to keep herself warm in the wind. She looks really sad in this pic, almost about to cry, I'm not really sure why, probably from some even or another from my fic, she just turned out looking that way.
