It's Luna, from Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete. She was my favorite character, so I drew her. Of course, my brother had to PROVE that he could outdo me in anything, and drew her as well, much better than I did.. -.-; But that's another story. Eeek. I made her right shoulder too long. O.o; Oh well. This is from 2001, something I doodled during summer vacation. n.n
