This is the Lord of an evil clan of : :mind blank... :: Prisoner Klutch dragons, the Dragon-tooth clan e.e;;. He is part of a story I'm at a standstill writing, but basically he's very evil, and he has this huge clan that goes around taking other creatures of the world (Sueledon ((c)) ) and he usually.. "takes advantage" of any female dragons he comes across, along with his other commanding officers. It's a long story that doesn't see an end in site.
