Forgotten Realms Fanart -- Regis by @MisfitMinion (Amy Constant)

I've been re-reading all of my sister's [i]Forgotten Realms[/i] books and... I'm just a huge fucking Regis fangirl (wut? not Drizzt? not Artemis? not Jarlaxle? O.o), so I had to draw my own version of him based on his description from the book. It seemed simple enough, but when I got down to actually drawing him... I started getting nervous! It's one thing to draw my own characters, but to draw someone else's? With just a description and no pictures? FFFFFuck! >:I

Hoooooooooooly shit, I suck--but he, in fact, came out pretty well, despite what my traitorous mind keeps hissing at me... which is why I suck, since I always bash myself like this... -_-;;

BUT HE NEEDS TO BE CHUBBIER! My excuse for that is that he prob'ly just came back from an adventure or some other shit... Fuck, I [i]dunno[/i]! Once I draw him a few more times, I'll tweak his image a bit.

And my favorite expressions tend to lean toward that angry/irate look he's giving... whoever he's looking at (maybe someone said that he couldn't have his 5th lunch of the day and he's all like, "Oh, bitch-no!") and the frightened one (because he's afraid Artemis is about to jump out and RAEP him).

I wanna draw Artemis, too... but... that scares me more than anything... O_O I know that, not being his creator, a little artistic influence is expected (I can't make him look exactly like how Salvatore wanted him), but... it's fuckin' [i]Artemis Entreri[/i]! You can't mess him up! He can't look anything [i]less than goddamned perfect![/i] D:<
