Scooby Doom: Captain Cutler Dusclops

Okay next Scooby Villian turned Pokemon is Captain Cutler!

Originally I was going to make the 'Ghost of Captain Cutler' a Claydol as I thought the body and face could work well with the old scuba diver suit of the monster design...then remember it's suppose to be the 'ghost' of the person who died, so I needed a ghost Pokemon instead. Honestly surprised I didn't think of Dusclops first, its even doing the same grabby hand pose! (Reason I didn't pick Dhelmise, is while it could also work for the villain, I wanted a Pokemon that had a similar shape/build as the original villain...also hands, the Ghost of Captain Cutler is very iconic with his hands raised up to trying and grab people and Dusclops has that while Dhelmise doesn't)

Dex: Captain Cutler Dusclops is assumed to be his 'Remnant', the deceased Captain returned to the living world as a vengeful ghost Pokemon to take his revenge, by stealing the yachts at the Castelia City marina by making them disappear.

So do you think this is his ghost returned in Pokemon from? or just a ghostly deception?

A) Its a 'Remnant' Pokemon

B) Its a costumed Person/Pokemon
