This would be a stylized Ron (from Kim Possible), as he appears in an unfinished fanfic I'm writing. Yes, the same fanfic mentioned with an earlier pic, where Kim and Ron MUTATE into horrific, fluffy, adorable KITTY MONSTROSITIES.
