This is Kiyoko one those psychic people with child like body but same time very old looking from Akira. I drew this ether from 1st or 2nd manga , I only read the 1st two so haves be from 1st or 2nd manga .Incase you’re wondering what is written in Japanese in corner there it says “kurisutaru” (Crystal) under that it is the kanji for year, month ( I wrote that kanji a little sloppy ^^() ) , & day next to the numbers.
