Woo! My first upload in quite a while... Aya's the newest of my many fan-made Rockman (Mega Man) characters. She's a blind special operatives commander. Unusual, I know, but it's something new... Colored with my beautiful, beautiful Copic markers (got 'em from Japan! Mweheheh...), then edited and elaborated upon in Adobe Photoshop 7.0 (also a beautiful, beautiful thing).
