Majin Aerolus by @moonstar (Moonlight Star)

This is Majin Aerolus, another fan char. ^-^ I won't explain his whole story, but basically he is the other part of Buu that was supossed to have aheart, but he was somewhat defective and thrown away. Buu matured much faster than he did and Aerolus ended up finding a home with a human girl. Buu eventually killed the girl and almost destroyed Aerolus himself, but Aerolus was revived 3,000,000 years later seeking revenge on Buu.
