If you wanna know Jess's story go to my charecters' page. She's not a good person. But I like her. She kinda is and kinda isn't a Danny Phantom fancharecter. The only reason she kinda is is because of her ghosty powers. The only ideas I have for using her so far are with Hey Arnold charecters though.

I came up with her only five days ago and drew this on that day durring... english? Most likely. English and science. I took Mali's advice and did the outline in ink before taking a picture of it. I think i like it better.
