Woah! It's Rouge the Bat (from Sonic the Hedgehog) dressed as Sparkster (from 'Rocket Knight Adventures' and 'Sparkster')! I drew this for my boyfriend when I visited him, and he kindly scanned it for me so I could colour her.

Rouge is great. Love her.
