History:
A bat mutated by radioactive waste, then was captured by scientist for study. He doesn't remember life before he was mutated and he doesn't like talk about his time in the labs or how he got out, he would rather talk about his vegetable garden and what he's growing in it.  

Currently lives and works for a group of survivors in the mutant wasteland his world has become, providing mutated and un-mutated vegetables. He likes being around people and socializing, but he's doesn't like conflict, and will quickly flee if a fight breaks out. 

Has a 'Monster' Bat form, but he doesn't like transforming into it, as the form reminds him that he can't fly anymore, while he doesn't remember being a bat, the instinct to fly in that form is very strong which causes him a lot of stress.
 
He can see, but very poorly, plus he's colour blind and is very light sensitive so he prefers to wears hats on his head all the time and cover up his eyes, much preferring to use his echo location to see the world around him. He has a sonic screech attack he can use to defend himself, but that's all he has, he's actually a very weak mutant.
