This took forever to make, not to mention it's ACTUALLY ON CANVAS PAPER!! ::gasp:: Anyhoo, I found this image (or one like it) in the sketches section of the Director's Cut of JtHM. Incase you don't know, you are viewing this as Johnny, seeing your reflection in the knife.
