God this sucks in retrospect... This is back when I was coloring with NeoPiko markers..Don't get me wrong I like them and all but they dry out so freakin' fast compared to Copic Markers. Never mind that they stink. But thats besides the point...I was puttering around with comic tones and I wanted to use the plaid ones for a skirt.
