Quaggacorn: I wanted to do a zebracorn, but this happened instead. It has tribes to go with the tattooes, like the deer-cat-rhino creature, but I'm not sure of them at the moment. (wind, earth, fire, water, lightning, celeste, I believe...) Those dragon wings are only present on a few of the wind quaggacorns, and they are too small for use in flying.
