The Xadean are myth-beasts. They're thought of in the Phenician religion as the guardians of the shadow-worlds, but the other three primary religions simply see them as ghost-beasts. They haunt the cypher worlds, their eerie eye-faces are believed to be able to see into every being's soul, and judge them accordingly. It's said that if they judge you nuworthy, you're automatically extracted from the Netrax and your mortal body dies, and you are sent to the darkest parts of the shadow world.

This one's name is Seoul. :)

The red, twisted tissue of his body is actually exposed muscle and nerves. They have no skin.
