I've been experimenting with tribal art styles lately. Till now they've been simple, monochrome, just pencil and ink. But I'm going to start painting them soon. Last May I went to Arizona and visited the Hopi reservation. Seeing their art forms and being in contact with their beautiful culture really inspired my own art. I might end up painting this type of stuff on natural things like rocks, tree bark, clay, leaves? Seems like a neat thing to try.
