FINALLY! thunk

Originally, this was gonna be Yusami, but the thought was too "O_O" for me to draw, so I turned to Shiko instead.

For July, I put him in what I THINK was the uniform of the Revolutionists... at least.. it looks like the ones I've seen. Only he's got the Irken flag on his arm u.u; Cuz he's Shiko.
