"Do you know where we are? I can't seem to make heads or tails of this map."

"I do not."

"So, you're lost, too?"

"I am never lost."

"But you said you don't know where we are."

"Not knowing where I am and lost are not the same thing."

Some distinctions need a bit of thinking to understand.
