Deputy mayor, Callie Briggs from that way cool show "SWAT Kats The Radical Squadron". While I don't know if Megakat City gets snow, (they never did a show with snow) I just thought it might be interesting and fun to do picture of snowy Megakat City. Callie looks nice and warm in her winter coat, and scarf.

From the looks of it, she has her briefcase in hand and is out to do the usual business as deputy mayor.
