Old Art

Callia sat quietly at Gwizdo's desk writing away at something. Her eyes were quite focused on the paper, her tongue poked out of the corner of her mouth. She had made her way up to Gwizdo's room as his was the only one she could recall having a desk. The noise that had surrounded her downstairs had become a little too much for her to handle. There was no way she would of been able to concentrate down there, thus she fled to his room. Besides, this was something special she was writing. This was something, she dared not let anyone else see. Suddenly a creek was heard coming from the door, foot steps following close behind that entered the room.

"Cal..? Whatcha doin' up here? The party's downstairs, everyones down there. Why don't ya come join us...?" Gwizdo asked her curiously as he sat down on a stool beside her. Callia's eyes widened to the sound of the voice, her hands nervously grabbing up the paper she was writing on.

"Uhh...N-nah, Maybe in a little bit. It's really hard to concentrate down there with all of those people." Callia laughed nervously.

"Hard to Concentrate on what?" Gwizdo blinked looking at the paper. "Ohhh, ya gotta contract?? Who's it for, What kinda Dragon..? Where's it located? Ya want my help??" Gwizdo slowly grinned setting down the two cups of tea on the desk.

Callia just laughed as he kept talking, interrupting her every time she went to speak. "No no no...! It's, it's not a contract!" Growing every more nervous, Callia began to blush.

"Notta contract, then what...? Oohh, I see... heheh, Ya still believe in Santa Clause....?" Gwizdo pointed to the paper in her hands, a sly look spreading across his face.

"WH-WHAT?! N-no! Hahahaha, Y-you've got to be kidding right? Surely you don't believe that I would... hahaha! Y-yeah..right! N-no, no, this is Zaza's! She uh, she just asked me to look it all over for her." Laughing nervously, Callia lied through her teeth hoping she had convinced him.

"Uh-huh, Of COURSE it is, how silly a me to think that it could of possibly been yours." Gwizdo just continued to grin, giving off a little bit of a smirk. Some how or another, he'd look at what was on that piece of paper. "Either way...I thought ya might like a cup of tea so I brought ya some!" Sitting up straight he placed his hands on his hips, trying to impress her any way he could.

"No you didn't Gwizdo, Lia-" A little girls voice popped through the door. It was none other than Zaza who had become curious and followed Gwizdo upstairs.

"ZAZA! Eheheh, What's that...?? Ya want me to taste-test the cookies for ya?! Suuuree! I'd love ta..!" Grinning Nervously himself now, Gwizdo started pushing the very talkative girl out the door, closing it behind them.

Callia just giggled and stared down at her Christmas list, hoping that her one wish would come true.
