Sailor Stardestroyer by @hailther (Hailey Theran)

Tomoe Hotaru from BSSM as Sailor Stardestroyer (no Star Wars pun intended). I drew this from a random pic I intend to (eventually) write where Chibiusa decides she wants to meet the Starlights and zaps herself, Hotaru & the Sailor Quartet to Kinmokusei, then, once there, promptly asks Kakyuu-hime if they can all be nagareboshi senshi for the duration of their stay. ^^;;
