Sprite of Tuyen by @moonrhymegirl (Kimberly Vogel)

This is a picture of another of my neopets, Tuyen_Sherae. His name means 'Angel Light'. As you can see he is quite odd with feathered wings instead of leather ones, and blue eyes with blue pupils. The story behind his appearance is strange, he was a normal shoyru, but now is something different.
