Legends: Articuno by @genepsyc (General Lunar (Psycho Wolf))

First of the close-up portraits of the "Legends of Pokemon". Articuno was the first one I drew and was the prototype for the designs of my characters. I gave all of them an effect element to set them apart and show their abilities, so an arctic wind and snowflakes made sense for Articuno.
