This is an idea sketch for my Design 1 class at Alpena Community College. We are studying metamorphosis, like Escher's work. Our homework for this weekend is to come up with 3 sketches for our ideas. This is the best sketch I came up with. The idea is a dragon hatching from an egg and maturing. The final piece will be in black and white on a big piece of matt board.
