As the title states, this is giftart of a character named Qiang Li Na. If memory serves me right, she's a Red Panda ninja girl who has a habit of getting lost in her reading and holding things with her tail. = P

The piece is a gift to my friend Verm for hitting a very special number at another of my archives. It is posted here as is right now for posterity and as a quick placeholder for when I finish. = D
