not all marvel Universe are need to be resembling Earth-616(in terms of X-men Mutants sharing the world with Superpowered Beings of assorted backgrounds, including enhanced(can be generic term for Superpowered members of Homo Sapiens Sapiens) and so on) cuz in comic!earth-616, people that hate mutants did treats even Superpowered Aliens as normal people. here's the Marvel universes that doesn't need to looks like Earth-616:

  1. Self-contained X-men universes(when Mutants(people with X-genes) are only Superpowered Beings that exists there)
  2. Infinity Saga MCU(cuz post-infinity Saga MCU did become more 616-like, so we can ignore this)
  3. etc

there's 2 way of making Mutant Hatred(in anywhere outside self-contained X-men universes) works better than even Comic!Earth-616 did: - speciesist route: people that hate Mutants hate Aliens as much as they hate Mutants, but welcome both Enhanced Humans as well Normal Humans that uses Magic to their ranks with open arms - or hate every Superpowered Beings that aren't people like Ironman equally
