Clockwerk as Sephy/song piccy for One Winged Angel by @Rexy (Bev Wooff)

Here's something that came into mind when listening to the Final Fantasy soundtrack non-stop for about a week... o_O I imagined Clockwerk, the main enemy in "Sly Cooper and the Thievius Racconnus", dressed up as Sephiroph, the main enemy in "Final Fantasy VII"! O_O When drawn, it seemed a bit empty, like something was missing, so a background, a bunch of copyrights, experimentation on the title and the lyrics to Sephy's theme song "One Winged Angel" chucked in later and there we have it...
