Gov't handout by @DreamShadows (Amey Yurov)

I was really reaally bored in gov't class. And ended up doodling on the side of tha handout as usual. Sept this one actually came out good so it gets scanned and uploaded. Yesh, the armor is a bit too.. skimpy.. but thats 'cause i couldn't remember what it was s'possed to look like :P
