YAY! It's Zed... part of the Frank comics. X3;

Zed be Roz's older brother, whose vocal chords were violently torn by a gang when they snuck up on him when he was 8. (Go aww. It makes him feel good.) He can still make sounds, but is permantently mute otherwise. He wears spooky tattered clothing because he and Roz have no parents and are poor bums. Well, not really. They have an apartment. But they tend to waste money on things like video game systems and DVDs as opposed to clothing and food. Thus.. BUMMAGE! Zed is fun. Poor Zed... why are all my characters messed up? XD
