Brigid of Kildare
Brigid of Kildare by @lynne (Lynne)

St. Brigid is one of my favorite saints and has made plenty of appearances to me (shhh! it's a miracle!). She's one of my favorites because she's so non-linear. She midwifed baby Jesus, was a pagan Celtic goddess, and then was a very charitable abbess who healed lepers and was accidentally consecrated as a bishop. She has a lot of life and spirit and love and she's very inspiring to me... I drew this a little while back while I was in Illinois at Amy's house.
