Loonatics Unleashed - Zadavia by @Weasel_Silver24 (Miss D. (Debra))

Remember the show "Loonatics Unleashed"? Well, this is Zadavia also known as "boss lady" to "Danger Duck". I think this is all the Loonatics Unleashed characters that I'm going do. I'm done with that.

The Electricity in the background is done from the brushes that I got from a website called Obsidian Dawn. It's really cool website too, it has all kinds of brushes, shapes, prints, and patterns. Here's the link: https://www.obsidiandawn.com/
