Phoenix by @caitchan (Caitlin Chaney)

This is Phoenix Nath, but she'd rather you just call her Fenny. She's my guiltily made up T.P. char, and things sorta blossomed from there. Anyhoo, Fenny lives w/ her younger brother Julian and their caretaker Ms. Muniz on Rillao X. But things are not going well--because of a goverment splinter cell's experiments on children several years ago, Fenny is now gifted/cursed w/ a sort of empathic/telekinesis ability, which makes her a prime target for this splinter cell as well as outside groups, like space pirates or other alien governments. As a result, she disappeared about three months ago w/o a trace, much to the grief of her family. Btw, this is her after her rescue about halfway thru my stupid little story. :P
