"Tasuki" by @blazehgehg (Blaze Hedgehog)

Another character from that mysterious story of mine. Here you finally get to know it's name -- "Perfect Khaos" -- lame eh?

This was one of the characters, Tasuki. Kind of like a wise old sage. But he was evil. Which was cool.
