It's Blue Seed's Kusanagi! If you're wondering why he looks like a hunchback, it's cuz I was looking at a picture where he's sitting there, slouching, looking all cute and stuff, and so...yeah. Kinda crappy, but I'm sure Kusanagi doesn't really care one way or another. ^_~
