Again.. This character does not belong to me. He belongs to the Street Fighter video game. I don't know who he is because I haven't actually played the game but I had someone send me a picture to draw. So I drew it. Well. this kind of stuff Is supposedly good for artists like me.. It's supposed to get me used to drawing more action-y poses so I can eventually create my own. I need more pictures to draw.
