No, Sakara's bangs are not normally blue. Nor are mine. e.e While that would be wonderful, I don't have the guts or coordination to bleach and dye my hair like that.

The filename really kind of lies. Sakara doesn't have any real color to begin with. e.e All I did was fill in her grey fur in ImageReady. The blue and black are both pen. The blue looks like marker because I had the stupidity of using a brush pen. My other blue pens are too dark. >.<
