Mind Control: He uses mind control on people he emotionally manipulates and can also control their actions, including trying to destroy the Care Bears and their cousins. Human Disguise: Martin Greywhinder is The Toymaker's human disguise when he interacts with humans, Care Bears, their cousins, or the Sakura Team. He only removes his disguise when he is alone.
