Emotional Manipulation: He emotionally manipulates others, turning them into toys. This is what happened to Abby (or Absinthe) before she was rescued by the Sakura Team. He also does the same to the Care Bears and their cousins. Toy Transformation: It's obvious that he often turns people into toys, but this transformation can be broken by the Care Bears Stare or the Cousin Call. He also does this to the Care Bears and the Cousin. Dream Manipulation: Ever since Abby escaped from his clutches, he has been invading her dreams to give her nightmares and torment her. Voice Manipulation: He can change his voice to sound like Martin Greywhinder, his human disguise. He can also use the voices of his victims to manipulate others, including their families, into trapping them so he can turn them into toys. Mind Control: He uses mind control on people he emotionally manipulates and can also control their actions, including trying to destroy the Care Bears and their cousins. Human Disguise: Martin Greywhinder is The Toymaker's human disguise when he interacts with humans, Care Bears, their cousins, or the Sakura Team. He only removes his disguise when he is alone.
