October's entry for the Dragon Exchange. Kiohl was my chosen one, though really she is more cat-like, but what's the difference between cats and Dragons, really, except that one has scales and wings and breathes fire?

In the theme section was mentioned dancing and thunderstorms... I envisioned this.. so I drew her doing what the Dragons I have known love to do... dance in thunderstorms.
