I was celebrating me finally figuring out what his clothes look like (I'm awful about that, I usually just scribble something and hope it resembles the real outfit ^^). The pose looks a little... wrong, but we'll just chalk it up to being a frogmutant, yes?

THEN I wanted to draw littlekid!Todd, wondering how on earth anyone could abandon a kid for being "too ugly" (even though that's not necessarily Evo-universe canon ^^;). That led to me being silly and wondering if he was born a tadpolemutant, and then metamorphosized to a frogmutant like the REAL froggies do?!? That was silly. Anyway, I gave da youngun version webbed hands (and feet, though ya can't see it) to illustrate that little moment of weirdness. So... that's why his hands are webbed. 0_0
