One of my characters, also known as 'fun with clothing folds' sicne it is an experiment with very loose clothing. The blue thingy is a cape.

Hard to explain, but in the plot I am working on the colors he is using belong to the king; but he's only a usurper. So he's really just a fake. Will be a smudged drawing as well, because the technique works really well for that type of fancy cloth.
