v5.16.1 is live! Enhancements and more!

Version 5.16.1 is live. It brings with it the following:

New Features:

• Added content type filtering on the recent uploads page.
• Updated the tag entry fields on the new content and editing content fields so they show the tags as they're entered, in a clearer way.

Additionally, we've removed some of our javascript libraries from CDN services and are now serving them locally. This should help to alleviate the loading delays the CDN was causing.
