Missing .gif uploads

I've been investigating why some .gifs that are uploaded have thumbnails, but don't appear when they are viewed full-sized. It appears that during the thumbnail generation portion of the upload process, the original uploaded file is disappearing. Not all of the thumbnails (there are multiple sizes of thumbnails created) are made, and the original file is missing altogether.

I'm still investigating this, and will fix the issue once I understand it further. Until that time, if you experience this problem, please delete the upload, and try uploading again. I apologize for the inconvenience.
