King Alcuin of the Underplains

The mysterious King of a subterranean kingdom. Very little is known about this phantom dragon, he was banished underground along with his followers, because of his magical abilities, for you see he could talk to spirits, create 'Phantom limbs' to replace ones that were lost and even reveal the presence of ghosts to others.
